We had an amazing time at this year’s Soiree en Blanc that was hosted by the Norfolk Sister City Association (NSCA). It was held at the Church of the Good Shepard green space off of Hampton Blvd in Norfolk.
The mission of NSCA is to foster understanding, friendship, cultural exchange and cooperation among the people of Norfolk, Virginia and its international sister cities.
