SWN is launching Power Groups! It’s time to huddle up and work in small, industry-locked groups until we figure out where this is all going. These groups are replacing CCG meetings for now.
DETAILS
Meetings (zoom calls for now) are twice a month on a regularly set schedule. Leaders get to pick the time and day based on group consensus.
You must be a member in good standing to attend and belong to a group. Guests are not allowed unless they are speaking in the first 15 minutes.
Group can have no more than 8 members. SWN may have more than one group in the same area. Groups must meet at different times and days. Group name must start with the city or area that it represents such as the Norfolk HER-ricanes. These names will be used in setting up a private FB group.
Attendance will be taken. Cancellations are allowed. With two no-shows, you will lose your spot.
You may attend each group once until you confirm your spot with the Power Group Leader.
I will make final determination if there is a question of being in the same industry spot.
If you are interested in leading a group, please let me know ASAP. I will provide the agenda format for the meetings along with expectations such as being the zoom moderator, taking attendance and making SWN announcements.
Feel free to reach out to those that have already volunteered via Facebook group discussion. This is what we have so far. If you have a side hustle that is not listed, please let me know.
